History
Dovile Dahl
I came to Norway from Lithuania with a goal of building a better life. After completing two degrees and a master's degree in IT, I spent almost two years looking for a job without success. Instead of giving up, I decided to create my own opportunity.
I have always had a talent for creating order, structure and well-being in homes and spaces. Through working in the service and cleaning industry, I discovered how much joy and mastery this gives me – and how much of a difference it makes for others.
At the same time, through volunteer work with the Red Cross, I have met many Ukrainian and Russian women who face the same challenges I experienced: language barriers, lack of inclusion, and difficulty finding work. That inspired me.
My goal is therefore not only to deliver quality services, but to create a business that can ultimately provide work and opportunities for women who need a secure start in Norway.
This is why I started my business: to work on what I'm passionate about, help others, and build something that can grow – both for myself and for those who become part of my team.
